【Abstract】 There are core value concepts in every technological-social formation which constitute its "spirit. "Core value concepts in an information society are dominant value concepts, and refer to the essence and development of the information society. As the concentrated reflection of the value ideal in an information society,core value concepts reveal what the information society is doing and where it is going. Freedom,openness,and sharing are all core value concepts in an information society,serving as its ideological basis and spiritual pillar. The construction of an information society needs to be guided by core value concepts,and begins with methods of internalization,systemic reconstruction,and practical interaction.
