【摘要】 目的观察定眩饮对阴虚阳亢型高血压病肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的影响。方法搜集阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压1、2级患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,均予以苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片口服降压治疗,第2个月起治疗组加用定眩饮。比较治疗前、治疗1个月后、治疗2个月后卧位血管紧张素Ⅰ(AngⅠ)、肾素活性(PRA)、醛固酮(Ald)水平及用药前后患者血压改善程度。结果治疗前和治疗1个月后,2组患者卧位AngⅠ、PRA、Ald比较,均差异无统计学意义;治疗2个月后,治疗组卧位PRA、AngⅠ(37℃)明显低于对照组(P<0.01),且治疗组患者收缩压、舒张压均较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论定眩饮能有效治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病,其机制与干预RAAS相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Ding Xuan Yin on renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS)of patients with hypertension and Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with primary grade 1or2 hypertension,Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome were recruited and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Oral intake of levamlodipine daily was administered to the patients of both groups.At the beginning of the second month,the herb prescription named Ding Xuan Yin was added to the patients in the treatment group.Serum levels of angiotensin,renin and aldosterone before and after two months were compared.Meanwhile,the blood pressure were examined.Results Serum levels of angiotensin,renin and aldosterone before and after one months showed no statistic difference between the control group and the treatment group.However,the renin activity and angiotensinⅠ(37℃)in the treatment group were lower than the control group at the end of two months(P<0.01).In addition,the decline of blood pressure in the treatment group were obvious compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ding Xuan Yin is effective in the treatment of hypertension and Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome.The mechanism might be related to the regulation of the RAAS.更多还原
