【摘要】 目的观察加味升降散对2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并血脂异常患者胰岛功能的影响。方法将90例T2DM合并血脂异常患者,随机分为对照组、加味升降散组、血脂平组,治疗2个月,比较3组治疗前后中医证候积分、血脂、胰岛功能的差异,评价疗效。结果与对照组比较,加味升降散组中医证候、血脂紊乱、胰岛功能好转,疗效明显,优于血脂平组。结论加味升降散治疗T2DM合并血脂异常有效,并且有胰岛功能保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of modified Shengjiang powder on the pancreatic function of patients with T2DM and dyslipidemia.Methods 90 cases with T2DM and dyslipidemia were randomly divided into three groups:control group,modified Shengjiang powder group and Xuezhiping group.All patients were treated for two months.Differences in TCM syndrome scoring,blood lipid level and pancreatic function between two groups were compared to evaluate the curative effects.Results Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome scoring,blood lipid level,pancreatic function and curative effect of the modified Shengjiang powder group were significantly improved and better than those of the Xuezhiping group.Conclusion Modified Shengjiang powder is effective in treating T2DM and dyslipidemia and plays a role in protecting pancreatic function.更多还原
