【摘要】 目的通过问卷调查,了解北京大学第三医院(北医三院)皮肤科住院医师规范化培训临床病毒相关问题的现状,对此进行总结、分析并提出一些建议。方法采用问卷调查的方法,随机选取北医三院皮肤科的32例住院医师进行问卷调查,问卷内容主要包括病毒性传染病知识培训、相关科室轮转等问题。结果回收完整填写问卷32份,回收率100%。目前北医系统皮肤科住院医师临床病毒相关培训已经取得了一定的成果,但在相关科室轮转安排、病毒性传染病相关理论学习、自我防护,传染病上报、病毒疫苗接种等方面等还存在一些问题。结论应加强皮肤科住院医师病毒相关临床内容的培训,合理安排相关科室轮转,增强自我防范意识,丰富完善北医三院皮肤科住院医师规范化培训制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to evaluate the current situation of dermatology resident training in Peking university third hospital, and put forward some suggestions. Methods One self-designed questionnaire was designedand, and the obtained data were statistically analyzed. Results The recovery rate was 100%. Conclusion We should strengthen the training of the clinical virus related problems, reasonably arrange the rotation in relevant departments, enhance self-awareness, enrich and improve the system of standardized training of residents.更多还原
