【摘要】 目的探讨三物黄芩汤联合阿维A治疗阴伤湿热型掌跖脓疱病的临床疗效。方法将入选的60例掌跖脓疱病患者随机分为2组,治疗组(30例)予三物黄芩汤联合阿维A口服治疗;对照组(30例)仅予阿维A口服治疗,疗程为6周。在治疗前及治疗后评估记录各观察指标并判断疗效。结果①治疗后患者的PASI评分和VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的PASI评分和VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);②治疗组与对照组有效率分别为86.67%和56.67%,治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);③治疗组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为33.33%和63.33%,治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三物黄芩汤联合阿维A治疗阴伤湿热型掌跖脓疱病安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to evaluate the clinical efficacy on three agents scutellaria decoction combined with Acitretin for impairment of yin and damp-heat palmoplantar pustulosis. Methods Sixty patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were divided into two groups randomly. Thirty patients in treatment group were treated by three agents scutellaria decoction combined with Acitretin. Thirty patients in control group were treated by Acitretin alone. The treatment had lasted for 6 weeks. Symptom/sign scores were evaluated at the beginning and at the end of the treatment. Results ①PASI score and VAS score of the patients were all decreased significantly after the treatment(P<0.05), and PASI score and VAS score of the patients in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). ②The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 86.66% and 56.67%, respectively. The effective rates in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05); ③The adverse effects rates in treatment group and control group were 33.33% and 63.33%. The adverse effects rates in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Three agents scutellaria decoction combined with Acitretin for impairment of yin and damp-heat palmoplantar pustulosis is safe and effective.更多还原
