【摘要】 目的:系统评价精神分裂症患者Ⅱ期睡眠纺锤波密度的特征性改变。方法:使用关键词"schizophrenia"和"spindles"(或"sleep")在MEDLINE,Embase,Springer,Psych INFO和谷歌学术中检索相关的英文文献,中文文献在万方数据库、维普中文期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊网中以"精神分裂症"和"纺锤波"(或"睡眠")为关键词进行检索。使用文献质量评价量表(NOS)评价纳入研究的文献质量。纺锤波密度的meta分析由Stata13.0软件完成。结果:纳入的10篇文献NOS分值在4~8之间,90%为高质量文献,精神分裂症患者与健康对照相比,纺锤波密度明显减少(标准化均数差值:-1.22;95%CI:-1.53~-0.91),差异有统计学意义(Z=7.62,P<0.001)。亚组分析显示未用药组和用药组精神分裂症患者的睡眠纺锤波密度均与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(Z=2.70、11.19,P<0.001),但两组之间的异质性具有统计学差异(P=0.004)。结论:Ⅱ期睡眠纺锤波密度减少可能是精神分裂症的特征性改变,抗精神病药物可能起到一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the characteristics change of spindle densityduring stage 2 sleep in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: Key words,such as "schizophrenia" and "spindles"( or "sleep") were used to search in each large Chinese or English database,such as MEDLINE,Embase,Springer,Psych INFO,Google scholar. A literature quality assessment scale named Newcastle-Ottawa Scale( NOS) was used to evaluate the quality of literatures enrolled. The meta-analysis of spindle density was performed by using Stata 13. 0 software. Results: Ten casecontrol studys with NOS scores between 4 and 8 were enrolled. High quality literature accounted for 90%. Compared to healthy control, the spindle density was significantly reduced in patients with schizophrenia( SMD:-1. 22,95% CI:- 1. 53-- 0. 91),the difference had statistical significance( Z = 7. 62,P < 0. 001). Subgroup analysis showed that in both medicated group and antipsychotic-na¨ive group,the differences of spindle density between case and control were statistically significant( Z = 0. 27,11. 19; Ps < 0. 001),but the heterogeneity between groups had a statistical difference( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Spindle density reduction during stage 2 sleep may be a characteristics change in patients with schizophrenia and antipsychotics is likely to have some extent effect on it.更多还原
