性别在大学生领悟社会支持与生涯适应力关系中的调节作用

【摘要】 目的:探讨大学生的领悟社会支持与生涯适应力的关系及性别对二者关系的调节作用。方法:选取503名大学生(男288人,女213人),采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、生涯适应力问卷(CAQ)进行测量。结果:家庭支持正向预测生涯人际、生涯关注、生涯自信、生涯好奇、生涯调适(β=0.18、0.28、0.14、0.13、0.21);朋友支持正向预测生涯人际和生涯自信(β=0.22、0.22);其他支持正向预测生涯自信、生涯好奇、生涯调适(β=0.18、0.18、0.18)。性别调节其他支持与生涯人际、生涯调适之间的关系(β=-0.32、-0.34)及朋友支持与生涯关注、生涯调适之间的关系(β=0.29、0.25)。结论:不同来源的社会支持对生涯适应力不同维度的预测作用因性别不同而有所差异。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between perceived social support and career adaptability in college students,as well as the moderating effects of gender.Methods:A sample of 503 college students(288males and 213 females) completed the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and Career Adaptability Questionnaire(CAQ).Results:The sub-scores of family support positively predicted the sub-scores of career interpersonal relationship,career concern,career confidence,career curiosity and career adjustment(β=0.18,0.28,0.14,0.13,0.21).The sub-scores of friends support positively predicted the sub-scores of career interpersonal relationship and career confidence(β= 0.22,0.22).The sub-scores of others support positively predicted the sub-scores of career confidence,career curiosity and career adjustment(β=0.18,0.18,0.18).Gender could moderate the relationship between others support and career interpersonal relationship,career adjustment(β=- 0.32,- 0.34).And gender could moderate the relationship between friends support and career concern,career adjustment(β= 0.29,0.25).Conclusion:There are gender differences in the effects that various sources of social support predicted different dimensions of career adaptability.
