【摘要】 [目的]了解永康市2008~2010年居民的胃癌生存情况。[方法]剔除5例仅有死亡证明病例,对498例胃癌患者进行生存情况的调查,截止时间为2014年12月31日。[结果]2008-2010年永康市胃癌的5年生存率为43%,男女性之间生存率差异无统计学意义,不同年龄组间生存率差异有统计学意义。[结论]永康市居民胃癌5年生存率不高,应进一步加强胃癌的诊治水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the survival rates of gastric cancer from 2008 to 2010years according to data from population-based in Yongkang.[Methods]DCO cases were excluded,leaving 498 cases for survival analysis,The deadline of the last follow-up for survival status was December 31 st,2014.[Results]The five-year survival rates were 43%in Yongkang,There was no significant difference in survival rates between men and women,The survival rates in different age groups had statistically significant differences.[Conclusion]The five-year survival rates of patients with stomach cancer were not hight,so the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer should be further enhanced.更多还原
