石油管螺纹在机检测系统补偿技术研究
Research on compensation technology of petroleum pipe thread on-machine detection system
【摘要】 在实际的石油管螺纹加工过程中,即使利用标准件螺纹廓形的检测结果计算待修复件的刀补参数修复螺纹,依然得不到所期望的理论尺寸,这是由于螺纹修复车床上的各种误差综合影响加工精度导致的。因此,本文提出了基于统计学规律的系统误差补偿算法修正综合误差影响量,可以有效地计算出提供补偿值的参数值,为实现自动化检测及修复过程提供了高效的补偿机制。
【Abstract】 In the actual petroleum pipe thread processing,even if calculate the parameters of cutter compensation repair parts through the detection result of the standard thread profile to repair thread,the desired theoretical dimensions are still not available,which is due to a variety of error sources on the screw repair machine on the comprehensive impact of processing accuracy. Therefore,in this paper,a systematic error compensation algorithm based on statistical rule is presented to correct the error,which can effectively calculate the accurate time and compensation parameters. It provides an efficient compensation mechanism for the realization of automatic detection and repair process.
