钢筋随动剪切机随动装置的改进与实验分析
Improving on following part and experiment of steel-cutting machine
【摘要】 对现有剪切机的刀台随动装置进行改进,在随动装置上安装编码器,用来检测随动装置随钢筋运动时的速度,实现了刀台随动速度的量化作用;用实验方法来研究随动信号与剪切信号之间距离和剪切时刻钢筋牵引速度与刀台随动速度差值等因素对剪切精度的影响;现有机构是由气缸带动随动装置运动,本文探讨一种新的随动装置驱动方式,即由电动缸牵引随动装置运动,实现随动装置速度可控、运动平稳等特点。
【Abstract】 Improving of the extant steel-cutting machine,an encoder is used on the following part. It is used to measure the speed of the following part. Experiment method is used to study the influence factors of cutting accuracy,such as the distance of the following signal and the cutting signal,and the speed difference of steel and the following part at the moment of cutting. A new dragging way of the following part is discussed in this article.It propose to use the electric cylinder to drag the car,which makes the following part controllable and stable.
