【摘要】 通过对U形电器支架的工艺分析,确定采用级进模和两个单工序模的工艺方案,这样不仅使产品精度提高,而且提高了生产效率;在冲孔过程中,首先进行预冲孔,然后再进行冲孔,保证了产品质量;采用导料柱和托料块的协同作用,使送料顺利,冲压精确;运用Autoform模拟软件分析所用材料能不能满足产品加工要求,经分析确定SECC能够满足产品生产要求。

【Abstract】 A progressive die and two single-process molds is processed through the analysis of process of ushaped electrical bracket,which will not only improve the accuracy of the product,but the production efficiency. In the punching process,pre-punching runs before punching,this ensures the product quality,guide material columns runs cooperates with carrier blocks to makes trip transfer smoothly,stamping precision. The Autoform analysis is put forward,the result showed that SECC could meet the requirements of product processing.
