超大型环件轴向轧制组合机架受力分析

【摘要】 本文对超大型环件轴向轧制组合机架的受力进行了研究,通过边界条件和载荷施加等关键技术的处理,建立了轴向轧制组合机架受力分析有限元模型,该模型考虑了轧制油缸和环件位置不重合所致附加力矩的作用,采用该模型对轴向轧制组合机架进行了受力分析,研究发现附加力矩对轴向轧制组合机架受力状态将会产生很大影响,附加力矩由前立柱承担是比较合理的,这为实际工程中的上锥辊及其传动装置前、后导向间隙的调整指明了方向。本文的研究工作为超大型环件轴向轧制装置的开发奠定了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 Mechanics analysis on the assembly frame of extra-large ring axial rolling equipment is studied in the paper. Through solving several key technologies of boundary condition and loading,the finite element model of the assembly frame is established,in which the bending moment from the misalignment of rolling oil cylinder and ring is considered. With the model,the deformation of the assembly frame is studied. It is found that the effect of the bent moment on the mechanical state of the assembly frame is significant and the bent moment should be taken on the front columns,which can instruct the adjustment of the guiding clearance. The study is useful to develop the axial rolling equipment of extra-large ring rolling mill.
