直线度误差曲线形成机理与形位特性研究

【摘要】 针对作图法求解平面内直线度误差时,只注重得出精确的误差评定值,而缺少误差曲线的形成机理和其形位特性参考依据的问题。本文基于自准直仪法对某机床导轨进行直线度误差的检测,并利用作图法求解平面内直线度误差,通过分析提出了一种直线度误差曲线的绘制机理和其形位特性理论。该理论可进一步完善自准直仪的使用,为利用自准直仪法求解直线度误差和误差曲线的理论研究供了更多的参考依据,同时也对基于作图法的平面内直线度误差的评定具有很好的指导作用。

【Abstract】 To solve the problems of lack the reference basis for error curve formation mechanism and shape position characteristic,when solving plane straightness error by drawing method,and the accurate error evaluation only is concerned. Basing on autocollimator detection straightness error of a machine tool guide slide,and solving plane straightness error by drawing method,formation mechanism and shape position characteristic of a straightness error were researched. It provides reference basis for solving plane straightness error using an autocollimator method,and it has important guiding meaning to assess plane straightness error by drawing method.
