【摘要】 目的探讨中西医结合药物治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取我院2012年7月~2015年7月收治的急性脑梗死患者90例作为研究对象,并随机分为两组,对照组给予复方丹参注射液20 mL加入5%GS250 mL静滴;治疗组第一是先用血栓通注射液10 mL注入200 mL的生理盐水中进行输液治疗,同时用奥扎格雷钠80 mg加入0.9%氯化钠250 mL静脉输注。结果两组疗效对比,整体来看,通过中西医联合药物治疗的要比单纯进行中药治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效要好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);分别采用两种诊疗方式对于急性脑梗死引发的脑神经损伤恢复通过实验室检测结果有较大的差别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血栓通联合奥扎格雷钠作为近年来开始使用的治疗急性脑梗死的药物治疗方法,在临床上有较好疗效,更能有效终止病情进展和改善神经功能缺损,且安全性高,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Selected from July 2012 to July 2015,90 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction as the research object,and randomly divided into two groups,control group given compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection 20 mL add 5% GS250 mL static drops;The first is to use blood clots pass first injection treatment group 10 mL 200 mL of normal saline was injected transfusion treatment,at the same time use of ozagrel sodium 80 mg in 0.9% sodium chloride 250 mL of intravenous infusion.Results Two groups of curative effect,the whole,through the combination drug therapy than pure Chinese and western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute cerebral infarction curative effect is better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Respect ively using two kinds of diagnosis and treatment for acute cerebral infarction caused by brain injury recovery through the laboratory test results have bigger difference,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate of two groups of comparison,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong and ozagrel as drugs in recent years began to use in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction treatment,has good curative effect in clinic,more can effectively stop the disease progression and improve nerve function defect,and high safety,it is worthy of further clinical application.更多还原
