【摘要】 目的分析在中老年腹腔镜胆囊切除围手术期中实施中西医结合治疗的意义与作用。方法选取我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的51例中老年患者作为研究对象,并随机将其分为对照组与观察组。给予对照组患者单独使用西药治疗,而观察组患者则使用中西医结合进行治疗,比较两组患者的效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者肠胃功能恢复、恢复自由活动及术后住院时间皆明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中老年腹腔镜胆囊切除围手术期中实施中西医结合治疗,可有效降低其并发症发生率,助于预后恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the significance and effect of the combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients.Methods 51 cases of elderly patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,And randomly divided into the control group(25 cases) and the observation group(26 cases).Patients in control group were treated with western medicine alone,Patients in the observation group were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,Patients in the observation group were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,Observation group of patients with gastrointestinal function recovery,recovery of free activities and postoperative hospital stay were significantly less than the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,Can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,Contribute to the prognosis.更多还原
