【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌质量控制中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确定主题为"降低过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌失败率",对过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌失败的现状进行调查及要因分析,设定目标、拟定相应措施、组织实施,并对比实施前后过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌的成功率。结果实施品管圈活动后,过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌失败率由实施前的10.53%降至2.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。品管圈活动目标达成率144.6%,进步率76.4%。结论开展品管圈活动不仅降低了过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌失败率,减少了医疗浪费,保证临床安全使用,同时也提高了圈员的综合能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC) program on quality control of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization.Methods To set up the QCC group and to determine the theme as " reducing the failure rate of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization".The reasons of the failure were analyzed and corresponding measures was carried out to improve the sterilization quality.The success rate of plasma sterilization before and after the QCC implement were compared.Results After the implementation of QCC activitives,the failure rate of sterilization dropped from 10.53% to 2.49%(P < 0.01).The success rate of sterilization cycle was144.6% and the improvement rate was 76.4%.Conclusion Application of QCC activity not only reduces the failure rate of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization,saves the medical resource,improves the safety of clinical use,but also improves the circle members’ comprehensive ability.更多还原
