【摘要】 目的探讨以"萨提亚模式"心理治疗为核心的人性化护理在长期住院的男性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取长期住院男性精神分裂症患者80例,随机分为干预组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受常规抗精神病药物维持治疗和精神科常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上,实施以"萨提亚模式"心理治疗为核心的人性化护理。观察2组干预前及干预6个月后自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评分,及满意度调查结果。结果干预6个月后,2组ITAQ评分均较干预前提高,且观察组ITAQ评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预6个月后,干预组的SANS量表各项评分及总分均较干预前降低,且低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预组护理基本满意率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在长期住院的男性精神分裂症患者中实施"萨提亚模式"心理治疗为核心的人性化护理,能够提高临床疗效和患者生活质量,促使患者以良好的心理状态去适应社会和家庭。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing care based on Virginia Satir model in male schizophrenia patients with long-term hospitalization.Methods A total of 80 cases of male schizophrenics with long-term hospitalization were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Both of two groups were given routine antipsychotics psychiatric nursing,and the intervention group was applied with humanized nursing care with Virginia Satir model psychological treatment.Then the change of self-knowledge force and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ),the scale for assessment of negative symptoms(SANS score) and satisfaction survey of the two groups of patients before and 6 months after intervention were compared.Results the score of ITAQ was improved in both of two groups at 6 months after intervention,and was higher in the intervention group than that of controls,with significant difference(P < 0.01).The score in each dimension of SANS was decreased in the intervention group at 6 months after intervention,and was lower compared with that of controls,with significant difference(P < 0.01).the nursing satisfaction rate was 95.00%(38/40) in the intervention group and was 77.50%(31/40) in the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Implementation of humanized nursing centered on Virginia Satir model may benefit those schizophrenia patients with a proper psychological state to adapt to the society and family.更多还原
