【摘要】 目的分析颅内血肿清除术中临床护理路径应用效果。方法选取行颅内血肿清除术患者100例,按照随机数字法分为对照组与护理组,对照组采取常规护理,护理组采取临床护理路径,对比2组护理效果。结果护理组住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行颅内血肿清除术患者采取临床护理路径的护理效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze effect of clinical nursing path on treatment of patients with evacuation of intracranial hematoma. Methods A total of 100 patients with evacuation of intracranial hematoma were randomly divided into the control group and care group. The control group was given usual care,while the care group was given clinical nursing path. Nursing effect was compared. Results Hospital stay of the care group was significantly shorter than the control group( P < 0. 05),nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than control group( P < 0. 05),and incidence rate of complications was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05).
