【摘要】 目的探讨围手术期护理风险评估在妇科手术中的应用效果。方法将2014年6月—2015年3月收治的70例妇科手术患者设为对照组,将2015年3月—2015年12月收治的76例妇科手术患者设为观察组。对照组采用妇科围手术期常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用护理风险评估围手术期各项风险,并针对性的进行干预。结果观察组护理文书书写不规范、护患沟通不畅发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组总并发症发生率为3.9%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组出院前焦虑及抑郁分级患者中度及重度比例低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论围手术期护理风险评估可降低妇科手术护理缺陷发生率,降低患者并发症发生率,并能改善患者焦虑、抑郁心理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of risk assessment on perioperative nursing management in patient with gynecological operation. Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 70 patients with gynecological operation from June 2014 to March 2015,setting as the control group. Another 76 patients from March 2015 to December 2015 were recruited as the observation group. The control group was given conventional perioperative nursing care,and the observation group was given corresponding nursing interventions based on the risk assessment. Results The occurrence of unqualified nursing record writing,poor communication between nursing staff and patients were significant lower in the observation group than those in the control group( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The overall incidence of complications was 3. 9% in the observation group and was 20. 0% in the control group,with a significant difference( P < 0. 01). The proportion of patients with mild-to-severe anxiety and depression was lower in the observation group than that of the controls( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Risk assessment can reduce the risk of nursing defect during perioperative nursing management,it also reduce the risk of complications and relieve the anxiety and depression status of patients.更多还原
