【摘要】 目的探讨综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后化疗期生活质量的影响。方法选择本院行化疗治疗的乳腺癌术后患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。化疗期间,对照组按常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较2组患者化疗期生活质量、不良反应及护理满意度情况。结果观察组生存质量测定量表(QOL-100)各维度评分、护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道反应、疼痛、疲倦乏力、失眠、呼吸困难发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有助于改善乳腺癌患者术后化疗期生活质量,降低化疗不良反应发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on quality of life during chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 80 breast cancer patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. During chemotherapy,the control group was given conventional nursing,while the observation group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention. Quality of life during chemotherapy,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results In the observation group,score of each dimension of QOL-100 and nursing satisfaction degree were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). In the observation group,incidence rates of gastrointestinal reaction,pain,fatigue,insomnia,difficulty in breathing were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to improve quality of life during chemotherapy in breast cancer patients and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions.更多还原
