【Abstract】 As a vital factor of rural governance system and a necessary condition of enhancing the ability of rural governance,the resources of rural governance is crucial to reduce rural society governance cost,improve the governance performance of rural society and achieve the modernization of rural governance.And traditional governance resources still play an important role in rural governance.Modernization process puts forward a new requirement to rural governance,so authors grab the key elements which called traditional governance resources,trying to explore effective ways of digging cultural resources,activating fellow villager resources and integrating organizational resource.All of these will lay the foundation for promoting the modernization of rural governance.更多还原
