【摘要】 本文基于创新网络动态演进视角,选取全球范围内8个典型的生物科技园区,探讨园区内不同特征的要素个体对创新网络结构特征与网络创新绩效的影响机制,以期为我国高新区创新绩效提升提供参考。研究发现,有效的"联盟组织"呈现高标准化中心度特征,可有效提升园区网络规模、密度与绩效;合同研发组织(CR0)对中小企业吸引力强,但对网络绩效的提升作用不显著;风险投资机构(VC)呈现高结构洞指数特征,在提高园区网络密度与技术收入方面作用突出。为进一步提升园区创新绩效,我国中央及各地方政府应加强高新区内"联盟组织"建设,逐步完善CRO与风险投资机构体系。

【Abstract】 Aiming at exploring ways to improve high tech zone’s innovation performance in China,this paper discusses mechanism of individual elements in innovation networks impacting networks’ structural features and innovation performance based on 8 global typical bio-tech industrial parks from a perspective of innovation network’s dynamic evolution.This paper finds that effective alliance organizations have a high standardized centrality feature and improve scale,density and performance of innovation network.CROs are very attractive to SMEs but not effective in improving innovation performance.Venture capitals enjoy a high structural hole feature and improve density and technology income of innovation networks.Thus China’s central and local governments should build up alliance organization and strengthen CRO and venture capital systems in high tech zones to improve innovation performance.
