目的了解安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者矫治前期龈沟液的细菌分布情况,为进一步探讨细菌感染对安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形矫治后牙根吸收的影响奠定基础。方法从中南大学口腔医学院收集24例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形的12~18岁患者龈沟液,在厌氧条件下进行细菌培养,PCR扩增细菌16S r RNA基因序列,经测序后通过序列比对鉴定细菌菌株。结果共鉴定出43株菌,其中链球菌属18种菌株,奈瑟菌属7种菌株,放线菌属6种菌株,孪生球菌属2种菌株,罗氏菌属2种菌株,艾肯菌属等其他8个菌属各1种菌株。结论安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者矫治前期龈沟液中分布多种细菌。
