三维超声TUI技术应用于胎儿唇腭裂的诊断分析
Analysis of three-dimensional ultrasound TUI applied in diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate
【摘要】 目的研究分析断层超声成像(TUI)技术应用于胎儿唇腭裂的诊断价值。方法 30例初次筛查为唇裂、腭裂或者兼并两种的胎儿,应用TUI技术后处理分析唇腭裂胎儿三维容积数据,观察分析检查结果 ,同时和二维超声检查结果对比。结果两种检查诊断方法在单纯唇裂诊断上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在唇裂合并腭裂上,三维超声TUI技术诊断显示率明显高于二维超声技术(P<0.05)。结论在胎儿唇腭裂诊断中应用三维超声TUI技术,可提高诊断率,提供比较准确的信息给产妇,以此为产前诊断提供合理的临床决策支撑,降低缺陷患儿出生率,提高人口素质。
【Abstract】 Objective To research diagnostic value by tomography ultrasound imaging(TUI) applied in fetal cleft lip and palate. Methods There were 30 infatns with cleft lip, cleft palate or cleft lip and palate, who received TUI for three-dimensional volume data analysis. Examination outcomes were observed and analyzed to compare with two-dimensional outcome. Results There was no statistically significant difference of single cleft lip diagnosis between the two examination ways(P>0.05). Three-dimensional ultrasound TUI showed obviously higher diagnosis detection rate than two-dimensional ultrasound for cleft lip and palate(P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal cleft lip and palate can improve diagnosis rate and provide accurate information. As a clinical decision supporting for prenatal diagnosis, this method can reduce birth defect rate and improve population quality.
