【摘要】 目的分析注射用血栓通导致的不良反应情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法注射用血栓通导致不良反应的患者45例,分析其不良反应的临床表现、发生时间及涉及器官,并对不同不良反应采取相应的处理。结果 45例患者中皮肤过敏35例,发热反应7例,出血倾向2例,过敏性休克1例。5 d出现不良反应15例,10 d出现不良反应23例。过敏反应主要涉及皮肤及其附件,发热、面色苍白及寒颤等主要涉及药物热,呼吸困难及肺部湿啰音主要涉及呼吸系统,过敏性休克主要涉及呼吸系统与中枢神经系统。所有不良反应经停药、药物应用及病情观察等对症处理后均得到有效改善。结论为避免注射用血栓通所致的不良反应,医院应掌握患者过敏史,分析血栓通的适应证与禁忌证,并加强临床用药监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze adverse reactions by Xueshuantong, and to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods There were 45 patients with adverse reactions by Xueshuantong, and their clinical manifestation, onset time, involved organs were analyzed. Related treatments were taken for different adverse reactions. Results Among the 45 cases, 35 cases had skin allergy, 7 cases had fever reactions, 2 cases had hemorrhagic tendency, and 1 case had allergic shock. There were 15 cases with adverse reactions within 5 d, and 23 cases with adverse reactions in 10 d. Main allergic reactions included skin and accessory. Fever, pallor, and chills were related with drug fever. Dyspnea and lung wet rale mainly involved respiratory system. Allergic shock mainly included respiratory system and central nervous system. All adverse reactions were relieved after drug withdrawal, medication application, and disease observation. Conclusion It is necessary for knowing allergic history, analyzing indication and contraindication of Xueshuantong, and enhancing monitoring of clinical medication to prevent adverse reactions by Xueshuantong.更多还原
