【摘要】 本文报道2015年9月对1例47岁右膝关节肿痛进行关节镜探查术。术中见关节内黏稠积液,多发软骨样团块,髌上囊及内外侧隐窝滑膜充血水肿明显,绒毛状突起,予以滑膜清理,软骨样游离团块取出。术后6个月随访,右膝关节活动度0°~150°,无再发生膝关节肿胀、疼痛,IKDC膝关节功能评分89.4分。我们认为关节镜清理术治疗滑膜软骨瘤病疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this case report,a 47-year-old patient who complained of swelling pain in the right knee underwent arthroscopic exploration in September 2015. During the surgery,it could be seen that viscous fluid within the joint,multiple cartilage-like clumps,and synovial hyperemia and edema in the inner and outer lateral recess of the patellar bursa with villous projections. We treated with synovium debridement and removal of the cartilage-like free mass. After 6 months of follow-up,the range of motion of the right knee was 0°- 150°,free from knee swelling and pain. The IKDC knee function score was 89. 4 points. We believe that the arthroscopic exploration is effective for synovial chondromatosis.更多还原
