【摘要】 目的:对乳腺癌术前前哨淋巴结示踪剂注射疼痛进行评估和护理,并对疼痛护理的情况进行分析。方法:入组本中心新收治的准备接受乳腺癌手术的无疼痛患者。示踪剂注射时,对照组进行常规注射,不进行任何疼痛干预,试验组进行示踪剂注射时,护士对其进行心理疏导,使其心情放松。示踪剂注射后,对照组不进行任何疼痛护理,试验组进行示踪剂注射点按摩10min,同时进行心理疏导。进行疼痛评估,比较两组患者的疼痛评分。结果:自2016年6月至2016年7月共入组40例术前接受前哨淋巴结示踪剂注射的乳腺癌患者,疼痛评分均为0分。示踪剂注射后,试验组经过疼痛护理之后疼痛症状明显减轻,对照组疼痛症状明显,两组间疼痛评分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌术前前哨淋巴结示踪剂注射疼痛可以通过疼痛护理进行有效的控制,建议对术前示踪剂注射的患者进行疼痛护理,以减轻患者的疼痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To nurse and evaluate the pain of sentinel lymph node tracer injection in breast cancer and analysis the effective of pain nursing.Methods New breast cancer patient without any pain who prefers to perform operation was included.During the tracer injection:the contrast group was performed routine injection without any measures to stop pain;the trail group received psychological guidance from nurse to make them feel relaxed.After the tracer injection:the contrast group was performed without any pain nursing;the trail group was performed 10 min massage to tracer injection points and psychological guidance.The pain score of the two groups was evaluated and compared.Results From June 2016 to July 2016,40 breast cancer patients without any pain,who will receive pre-operation sentinel lymph node tracer injection,were included.After the tracer injection,the pain symptoms of the trail group were significantly reduced,the contrast group had significantly pain symptoms.The pain scores of the trail group were significantly lower than the contrast group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain of sentinel lymph node tracer pre-operation injection in breast cancer can be effective controlled by pain nursing.To reduce the pain of patient,we suggest that patients who underwent tracer pre-operation injection should be performed pain nursing.更多还原
