【摘要】 目的:观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术对患者应激反应的影响。方法:以100例需行胆囊切除术的患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机法分为两组,每组50例,对照组行传统开腹术,观察组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,比较两组患者不同时间一氧化氮(NO)、热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及C反应蛋白(CRP)变化。结果:观察组手术时间、术后排气时间及切口长度均显著低于对照组,均P<0.05。手术开始1h、术后1d、3d观察组CRP、HSP70、血浆IL-6、NO表达水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术对患者应激反应影响较小,具有重要临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe influence of laparoscope and traditional open operation for cholecystectomy on stress reaction in patients.Methods:100 patients needing cholecystectomy were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to randomly number.The control group received traditional open operation treatment while observation group adopt laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Changes were compared in different time of nitric oxide,heat shock protein 70,white interleukin-6 and C reactive protein between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,operation time,postoperative exhaust time and length of incision were significantly lower than those of the control group,P< 0.05.The expression levels of acute reactive protein,HSP 70,IL-6 and NO in observation group operation were lower than the control group,afterlh,1d,3d pf operation(P < 0.05) Conclusion;The influence of laparoscope and traditional open operation for cholecystectomy on stress reaction in patients is less,and the operation has more important clinical value.更多还原
