【摘要】 目的:了解中部经济欠发达地区农村基本公共卫生服务的利用情况,为提高农村地区基本公共卫生服务能力和实现国家基本公共卫生服务均等化提供科学依据。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取了安徽和江西两地经济发展欠发达地区农村常住居民和医务人员进行问卷调查,均进行国家基本公共卫生服务的知晓情况和满意情况问卷调查;农村居民还需采用统一设计的问卷调查基本公共卫生服务项目的利用情况,问卷涉及7类32项服务项目。结果:本次共调查农村居民624人,医务人员38人。农村居民对国家基本公共卫生服务的知晓率和满意率均在70%以上,与医务人员相比较低,且表示非常了解和非常满意的居民均很少。仅有12.5%的服务项目利用率高于60%。结论:整体来说中部经济欠发达地区农村基本公共卫生服务开展利用情况不理想,需要提高重视,采取措施以提高农村基本公共卫生服务水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the utilization of basic public health services in undeveloped rural areas of central China,and provide evidences for the equalization of national basic public health services. Methods The residents and medical personnel were chosen from undeveloped rural areas of Anhui and Jiangxi Province with multi-stage random sampling,and surveyed with questionnaire. Results 624 cases of rural residents and 38 cases of medical personnel were investigated. The rates of rural residents’ awareness and satisfaction on basic public health services were over 70%,lower than those of medical personnel. Only 12. 5% of these service items had utilization ratio higher than 60%. Conclusion The overall utilization of basic public health services in undeveloped rural areas of central China needs to be improved.更多还原
