【摘要】 加强基层医疗卫生信息化,是深化基层医药卫生体制改革的一项重要内容,是医改"保基本、强基层、建机制"的重要技术支撑。基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统要能够在区域内部实现互联互通,为城乡居民建立动态更新的电子健康档案,并与居民电子病历信息共享,还要实现信息系统与区域卫生信息平台的对接。文章从乡镇卫生院信息化建设现状入手,找出目前乡镇卫生院信息系统建设中存在的问题,提出加强乡镇卫生院信息化水平的对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Informatization is an important part of reform on grassroots health and medical care,and an important technical support on "protecting base,enhancing grass roots and constructing mechanism ". Management information system of grassroots healthcare institutions can provide EHR for urban and rural residents,share information within EMR,MIS and regional health information platform.The status of informatization in township health centers was analyzed.And problems of information system construction were obtained.Based on which,some countermeasures to improve the informatization in township health centers were put forward.更多还原
