【摘要】 目的了解济南市健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Nm)携带情况及携带菌的血清群分布情况。方法采集2008年-2015年不同流行时期、不同年龄健康人群的咽拭子标本,用奈瑟菌分离培养基进行分离培养、生化试验、血清学凝集试验。结果 2008年-2015年共检测2 362份健康人群咽拭子标本,分离出24株Nm,健康人群平均带菌率为1.02%。其中流行前期带菌率为1.08%,流行期带菌率为1.53%,流行后期带菌率为0.00%。8年间以>7岁人群带菌率较高,<3岁儿童中未检出Nm。检出的24株Nm,A群5株,C群7株,W135群5株,X群2株,B群1株,Y群1株,未分群3株。结论济南市健康人群带菌率处于较低水平,流行前期和流行期带菌率高;中小学生带菌率高;成年人也不可忽视。血清群以A群、C群、W135群为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Neisseria meningitides( Nm) carrying status and its serum groups distribution among healthy population in Jinan. Methods To collect the throat swab samples from healthy people at different ages according to different epidemic periods each year from 2008 to 2015,and isolation medium was used for the isolation and culture of Nm,biochemical test and serology agglutination test. Results A total of 2 362 samples of throat swab were collected from healthy people during 2008-2015,24 strains were isolated,and the average carrying rate was 1. 02%. The carrying rate was 1. 08% in the pre-epidemic period,1. 53% in the epidemic period,and 0. 00% in the late epidemic. The carrying rate was the highest in > 7 years old in the 8 years,and Nm was not detected among more than 3 years old children. 24 strains of Neisseria meningitidis were obtained,5 were the group A,7 were identified as serogroup C,5 were the group W135,2 were the group X,1 was the group B,1 was the group Y,and 3 were in the inseparable group. Conclusion Healthy people carrying rate was at a low level in Jinan,and it’s higher in the pre-epidemic period and epidemic period,and higher in the middle and primary school students,but adults can not be ignored.
