食源性沙门菌和致泻性大肠杆菌的耐药性分析

【摘要】 目的为食源性疾病的预防及临床合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法根据CLSI推荐的微量肉汤稀释法进行药敏检验,定量测定致病菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果受试的27株食源性沙门菌全部对头孢西丁敏感,对萘啶酸、四环素、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲噁唑、氯霉素、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、头孢噻肟的耐药率分别为59.3%、56.6%、33.3%、29.6%、25.9%、7.4%、3.7%。12株食源性致泻性大肠杆菌全部对头孢噻肟敏感,对庆大霉素、环丙沙星、头孢西丁、氯霉素、四环素、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲硝唑的耐药率分别为66.7%、58.3%、58.3%、58.3%、25.0%、25.0%、16.7%。沙门菌和致泻性大肠杆菌耐药株均存在多重耐药现象及多种耐药谱。结论食源性沙门菌和致泻性大肠杆菌的耐药情况严重,应加大对食源性致病菌耐药性的监测,加强对抗菌药物的监管,以减少耐药株的产生。

【Abstract】 Objective To provide scientific basis for the prevention of food- borne disease and the reasonable application of antibacterial agent in clinical treatment. Methods Drug susceptibility test was conducted according to trace the broth dilution method recommended by CLSI,and quantitative determination was performed for minimal inhibitory concentrations( MIC) of pathogenic bacteria. Results 27 strains of Salmonella were all sensitive to CFX. The resistance rates of 27 stains of Salmonella to NAL,TET,TMP / SMZ,CHL,GEN,CIP,CTX were respectively 59. 3%,56. 6%,33. 3%,29. 6%,25. 9%,7. 4%,3. 7%. 12 strains of Enterovirulent E. coli were all sensitive to CTX. The resistance rates of 12 strains of Enterovirulent E. coli were respectively 66. 7%,58. 3%,58. 3%,58. 3%,25. 0%,25. 0%,16. 7%. Multiple resistance and varieties of antibiotic resistance spectrums existed in the drug- resistant strains of Salmonella and Enterovirulent E. coli. Conclusion Resistance of food- borne Salmonella and Enterovirulent E. coli are grim. We should enhance monitoring for drug resistance of food- borne pathogen,and strengthen the supervision of antibacterial agent to reduce the generation of drug- resistant strains.
