铁皮石斛粉对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究
Research on the effect of Dendrobium officinale powder on the immune function of mice
【摘要】 目的研究铁皮石斛粉对小鼠免疫力的影响。方法将192只雌性ICR小鼠随机分为4个实验组,每组分为低、中、高3个剂量组和阴性对照组,连续灌胃给药30 d后对不同剂量组进行细胞免疫功能测定、体液免疫功能测定、单核-巨噬细胞功能测定和NK细胞活性检测。结果 3个剂量组小鼠注射后24 h足跖肿胀度与对照组相比有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低、中剂量组小鼠抗体积数值与对照组相比有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中、高剂量组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数与对照组相比有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铁皮石斛粉有促进小鼠迟发型变态反应的作用,能提高小鼠血清溶血素水平,能提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,具有一定的免疫增强作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Dendrobium officinale powder on immune function of mice. Methods 192 female ICR mice were divided into four groups randomly with each group divided into high doze group,medium doze group and low doze group and the negative control group,and fed with the powder for 30 d; and then cellular immune function,humoral immune function,monocyte macrophage function and NK cell activity were detected in different dose groups. Results In comparison with the control group,the delayed hypersensitivity in 3 doses groups were higher,with the difference statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The levels of hemolytic antibody in serum in low- dose and middle- dose groups were higher than the control group,with the difference statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The function of phagocytosis activity in abdominal macrophages in middle- dose and high- dose groups were more improved than the control group,with the difference statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Dendrobium officinale powder can promote delayed hypersensitivity reaction in mice,improve the serum hemolysin level,improve the phagocytic rate of peritoneal macrophage and phagocytic index of chicken red blood cells,which had a certain immune enhancing effect.
