【摘要】 目的探讨目前医院在用的自制棉布标准B-D包、一次性B-D测试包和模拟管腔型监测装置3种压力蒸汽灭菌器监测装置的实用性能。方法严格按照ISO 11140-4/5:2006.12.14的测试方法,采用自制棉布标准B-D包、一次性B-D测试包和模拟管腔型监测装置,分别对压力蒸汽灭菌器进行监测,比较3种监测装置的监测结果、效率、成本等。结果一次性B-D测试包监测合格率最高(99.2%),平均每次耗费时间最短(2 min),管腔型监测装置平均每次使用费用最低(46.9元)。结论一次性B-D测试包和管腔型监测装置根据各自特点都是值得推荐的压力蒸汽灭菌器性能监测装置,而自制棉布标准B-D包由于敏感性、工作效率和成本各方面的原因,应当尽快升级换代。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the practicality performances of the standard cotton B- D test packs,diposable B- D test packs and Helix test products in hospital at present. Methods The standard cotton B- D test pack,diposable B- D test packs and Helix test products were used to test the pressure steam sterilization device according to ISO 11140- 4 /5: 2006. 12. 14 strictly,and the sensitivity,efficiency and cost of the three products were compared. Results Diposable B- D test packs got the highest qualified rate( 99. 2%) and took the shortest time( 2 minutes),while Helix test products cost the least( 46. 9 $) in all of the three products. Conclusion Diposable B- D test packs and Helix test products are two kinds of worth recommending devices in pressure steam sterilization,and because of its sensitivity,efficiency and cost,the standard cotton B- D test packs should be upgraded as soon as possible.更多还原
