【摘要】 目的探讨联合检测血清人附睾蛋白4(HE4)及糖类抗原(CA125)对卵巢癌的诊断意义。方法将研究对象分为卵巢癌组(68例)、卵巢良性病变组(46例)和健康对照组(54例),运用电化学发光测定法和ELISA法分别检测所有入选者血清中CA125和HE4水平,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果卵巢癌组CA125和HE4水平明显高于卵巢良性病变组和健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而卵巢良性病变组CA125和HE4水平与健康对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CA125和HE4联合诊断敏感度(96.6%)显著高于CA125和HE4各自单独诊断,两者联合的特异度为74.7%,低于单独HE4的特异度(98.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与单独CA125的特异度(76.0%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用CA125和HE4联合诊断有助于卵巢癌的诊断,具有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the combined detection value of serum human epididymis protein( HE4) and CA125 for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer. Methods The objects in this study were divided into ovarian cancer group( 68 cases),ovarian benign disease group( 46 cases) and health control group( 54 cases). All the levels of CA125 and HE4 in serum were detected by electrochemical luminescence method and ELISA,respectively. And the results were statistically analyzed. Results Serum HE4 and CA125 concentrations in the patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than that in patients with benign diseases and the control group,with the differences statistically significant( P < 0. 05). HE4 and CA125 levels in patients with ovarian benign tumor were higher than that in the healthy control group,with the differences statistically significant( P > 0. 05).The combination of HE4 and CA125 reached 96. 6% in sensitivity,which were significantly higher than the stand- alone diagnosis with HE4 or CA125.
