【摘要】 目的探讨Masson-PASM套染方法在肾穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法收集肾穿刺活检组织208例,分别应用Masson染色、PASM染色、Masson-PASM套染方法进行染色,并于显微镜下观察。结果 Masson染色可以显示,肾小球免疫复合物呈红色;PASM染色可以显示,肾小球基底膜、肾毛细血管基底膜及网状纤维呈黑色;Masson-PASM套染可以同时显示,肾小球免疫复合物和基底膜,分别呈红色和黑色。结论 Masson-PASM套染能够准确、清晰定位肾小球免疫复合物和基底膜,具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of Masson- PASM staining method in renal biopsy. Methods 208 cases of renal biopsy tissues were collected and stained by Masson staining,PASM staining,Masson- PASM dyeing respectively,and observed under microscope. Results The colour of glomerular immune complexes was red showed in Masson staining;the colour PASM staining showed in glomerular basement membrane,renal capillary basement membrane and reticular fibers was black. The colors Masson- PASM dyeing can both showed in glomerular immune complexes and basilar membrane were red and black. Conclusion Masson- PASM dyeing can locate glomerular immune complexes and basilar membrane accurately and clearly. It is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
