【摘要】 目的调查分析北京四所高校青年学生贫血情况及其与血脂之间的关系。方法以18 315名大学新生为研究对象,分析贫血的患病率、血细胞参数和血清蛋白、血脂的相关关系,比较贫血组同对照组身体质量指数(BMI)、心率、血细胞参数、血清蛋白、血脂之间差异。结果男生贫血检出率为0.54%,女生为2.84%;贫血组女生BMI明显低于对照组,心率明显高于对照组;轻度贫血组的白蛋白(ALB)明显低于对照组;白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)与血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、红细胞比容(Hct)呈正相关,球蛋白(GLB)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(Apo-A)与Hb、RBC、Hct呈负相关;贫血组TC、HDL-C、LDL-C检测水平均低于对照组。结论本研究贫血大学生Hb、RBC、Hct与血清白蛋白、血脂显著相关,贫血组呈现低BMI、高心率、低白蛋白、低血脂特点,需重点加强青年女性群体贫血防治的宣传力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the correlation between anemia and blood lipid of college students in 4 colleges in Beijing. Methods 18 315 college students were recruited for analyzing the correlation between anemia,blood cell parameters and serum protein,blood lipids. And the differences of body mass index( BMI),heart rate,anemia index,serum protein and blood lipid between the anemia group and the healthy control group were compared. Results Anemia detection rate was 0. 54% and 2. 84% in male students and female students,respectively. In the anemia group,BMI in female students was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the heart rate was significantly higher than that of the control group. The albumin( ALB) in the mild anemia group was significantly lower than that in the control group. ALB,total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),low density lipoprotein( LDL-C),apolipoprotein B( Apo-B) and hemoglobin( Hb),red blood cell( RBC),hematocrit( Hct) presented positive correlation,while globulin( GLB),high density lipoprotein( HDL-C),apolipoprotein A( Apo-A) and Hb,RBC,and Hct were negatively correlated. TC,HDL-C,LDL-C in the anemia group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Hb,RBC,Hct and serum protein,blood lipids were significantly correlated in college students with anemia. The anemia group showed low BMI,high heart rate,low protein,low blood lipids. For these reasons,the propaganda of protection for the young women’s anemia should be strengthened.更多还原
