电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定生活饮用水中的21种元素

【摘要】 目的建立生活饮用水中21种元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法。方法以6Li、45Sc、74Ge、89Y、115In、159Tb、208Bi为内标,利用碰撞/反应池技术消除干扰,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对21种元素进行同时测定。结果该方法定量分析呈良好的线性关系,21种元素的线性相关系数(r)均>0.999 5。方法的检出限为0.000 4μg/L~0.670 0μg/L,定量限为0.001 4μg/L~2.220 0μg/L,定量限均低于GB/T 5750.8—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》中的最低检测质量浓度。各元素的加标回收率为93.8%~116.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.51%~3.08%。5种标准参考物质测定值均在标准值范围内。结论本方法快速、准确、简单,各项指标均满足检测要求,适用于生活饮用水中21种元素的同时测定。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 21 elements in drinking water by inductively coupled mass spectrometry( ICP- MS). Methods The water samples were determined by ICP- MS for 21 elements simultaneously with6 Li,45Sc,74 Ge,89Y,115 In,159Tb and208 Bi elements as internal standards,and collision / reaction technology was used to eliminate the interference. Results The quantification for analysis with this method showed good linearity,and the correlation coefficients( r) for 21 elements were > 0. 999 5,the detection limits were among 0. 000 4 μg / L- 0. 670 0 μg / L. The limits of quantification were among 0. 001 4 μg / L- 2. 220 0 μg / L,which was below the lowest detection quality concentration of GB / T5750. 8—2006 " Hygiene Standards for Drinking Water". The recovery rates were among 93. 8%- 116. 5%,with the relative standard deviations( RSD) among 0. 51%- 3. 08%. The 5 standard reference materials were in the range of the standard value.Conclusion This method is fast,sensitive,accurate and simple,and all the indexes meet the requirements of elements determination,so it is suitable for the analysis of 21 elements in drinking water.
