在线自动顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中的10种卤代烷烃
Simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water by online and automatic headspace capillary gas chromatography
【摘要】 目的建立同时测定生活饮用水中10种卤代烷烃的在线自动顶空毛细管柱气相色谱检测方法。方法水样放入自动顶空进样装置中,经Rtx-5MS毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果 10种卤代烷烃在14 min内出峰,标准曲线相关系数(r)均>0.999 0,检出限为0.050μg/L~12.400μg/L,重复性测量的相对标准偏差(RSD)为7.05%~9.74%,2组混合标准样品的加标回收率为91.8%~108.6%。结论该方法具有准确、快速、简便、检出限较低、精密度和线性较好、灵敏度和回收率较高等特点,适用于生活饮用水中10中卤代烷烃的检测分析。
【Abstract】 Objective This paper is to establish an online and automatic headspace capillary gas chromatography method for the simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water. Methods The water sample was put into the head- space sampling device,separated by capillary column( Rtx- 5MS),determined by GC- ECD. The retention time of the peaks was used for qualitative analysis,while external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Results The10 kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons were determined in 14 min. The correlation coefficients( r) were all more than 0. 999 0.The detection limits of the method were among 0. 050 μg/L to 12. 400 μg/L. The relative standard deviation( RSD) of reproducible determinations were among 7. 05%- 9. 74%. The recovery rates for the two groups mixed standard solution were among91. 8%- 108. 6%. Conclusion This method was exact,faster and easier,and its detection limits were lower,the degree of precision and the linear relations were all better,the sensitivity and the recoveries were also remarkable. This method can be used for the determination of this 10 kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water.
