【摘要】 目的了解甘肃省西和县农村小学生营养状况,并探讨其形成原因,为制定经济落后地区的农村小学生营养状况改善对策提供科学依据。方法分层随机整群抽取36所农村小学,对709名小学生进行体格和血红蛋白浓度(Hb)测试,采用身高、体重标准法和Hb水平评价小学生营养状况,并对可能影响营养状况的因素进行分析。结果该地区农村小学生身高较矮和矮者(≤身高中位数-2SD)237人,占学生总数的33.43%(237/709);体重较轻和轻者(≤体重中位数-2SD)267人,占学生总数的37.66%(267/709);贫血学生71人,占学生总数的10.01%,学生贫血均为轻度贫血,尚未发现重度贫血患者。结论该地区农村小学生的身高体重偏低,贫血患病率较高,因此存在营养不良问题,相关部门和学生家长应该加强学生的膳食营养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nutritional status of students in the rural primary schools of Xihe,Gansu,and to explore the forming reasons,so as to provide scientific basis for establishing the stipulating strategy for the improvement of nutritional status of rural primary students in undeveloped areas. Methods 709 students in 36 randomly selected rural primary schools were conducted with medical examination and hemoglobin concentration determination. The nutritional status of the students were evaluated on height,weight and Hb. Additionally,the possible reasons accounting for such consequences were analyzed. Results There were 237 students with low height( ≤the median height- 2SD) and 267 students with low weight( ≤the median weight- 2SD),which accounted for 33. 43%( 237 /709) and 37. 66%( 267 /709) of the total number of the investigated students,respectively. It was found that 71 students suffered slight anemia,accounting for 10. 01%,there were no severe anemia cases to find,with all the investigated students suffering from slight anemia. Conclusion Height and weight of those students in the rural primary schools were lower while the prevalence of anemia is relatively high,therefore,the poor nutritinal status of rural primary students can not be neglected,and corresponding authorities and students’ parents should pay their attention to students’ nutrition.更多还原
