【Abstract】 Plant seedlings has high risk of infected pest. Based on the analysis of the trade information and the pest intercepted from the entry plant seedlings from 2011 to 2014 in Shanghai port,the phytosanitary measures taken to entry plant seedlines in China were discussed. Suggestion about quarantine permit,PRA,strengthening departmental cooperation and management for plant seedlines carried by passengers or entry posts were put forward for improvement of entry plant seedlings quarantine.更多还原
