【摘要】 农业"走出去"是确保粮食安全、提高农业国际竞争力的国家战略。为进一步做好进境俄罗斯返销粮食的检验检疫工作,由"被动防御"转为"主动防御",提高检验检疫监管工作实效,黑龙江绥芬河出入境检验检疫局首次对俄罗斯进境大豆进行田间杂草、植株病害等有害生物展开调查研究与鉴定分析,以掌握俄罗斯进境大豆的安全状况,这既符合便利通关的要求,也符合检验检疫的基本要求,对指导进境粮食的生产及贸易具有重要意义。更多还原
