重要检疫性杂草长芒苋的分子检测
Molecular detection of quarantine weeds Amaranthus palmeri
【摘要】 为实现检疫性杂草长芒苋(Amaranthus palmeri)的有效检测,本研究基于苋属植物可溶性淀粉合成酶I基因(SSSI),建立了一种序列特异性PCR方法,可实现从众多苋属种子中检测出长芒苋。结果显示,该方法特异性强、简便快捷,可为口岸检疫鉴定工作提供有效的技术支持。
【Abstract】 In order to realize effective detection of Amaranthus palmeri, a significant quarantine weed. A method, sequence-specific PCR assay based on soluble starch synthase I gene(SSSI) in Amaranthus, is developed for identification of Amaranthus palmeri. The results indicate that the established method is covenient and specific, which is suitable for quarantine and identification work in the ports.
