适于大型装备缺陷检测的工业CT辐射成像技术
Industrial CT imaging for detecting defects in large scale equipments
【摘要】 本文主要围绕大型装备缺陷检测的工业CT辐射成像系统,阐述了针对大尺度工件进行高精度辐射成像的工业CT系统设计新思路,同时介绍了清华大学在高剂量率小焦点高能加速器辐射源、整体数字化高性能辐射探测器和高精度图像重建算法等大型工业CT的关键技术新进展,并通过实例展示大型工业CT在大型装备缺陷无损检测的应用情况。
【Abstract】 Focusing on the great demands ondetecting defects in large scale equipments,this paper introduces our new systematic design for a high precision industrial CT system for imaging large scale workpieces. New developments in the fields of high flux small-focus high-energy accelerator,high performance digital radiation detectors and precise image reconstruction algorithms are presented. Several applications of the new nondestructive testing technology are demonstrated.
