【Abstract】 As"one belt one road"initiative( OBOR) created a new opportunity for the internationalization of China’s textile industry,the enterprise had to sum up the previous experience,in- depth analysis of the current international political and economic environment and trends,to adapt to the industrial revolution and to integrate international resources,and to achieve cooperative development. Through the effective control of various risks in the operation of international business and economic cooperation,we should establish the cooperative development mechanism,such as depending on the political and economic coordination,business and culture cooperation,culture and relationship coordination,industry chain cooperation,cross- border collaboration and so on. And the ecology of the industrial informationization of internationalization based of BIG DATA and Internet + should be established. So,China’s textile industry could cope with change smart calmly to build a solid and coordination of the international industrial chain and value chain. It could optimize its international division of labor system,and continuously enhanced its international competitive advantage.更多还原
