【摘要】 目的探究肺癌化疗后肺部感染患者降钙素原检测的临床意义。方法我院2015年1月-2015年12月收治的肺癌化疗患者100例,依据是否发生肺部感染分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。感染组患者在发生肺部感染24h内、治疗后3d、治疗后7d检测血清降钙素原浓度、C反应蛋白浓度和白细胞数量。比较两组患者降钙素原阳性例数和平均降钙素原浓度,比较感染组患者治疗前后降钙素原浓度、C反应蛋白浓度和白细胞数量。结果与对照组相比,感染组降钙素原阳性例数明显增加,平均降钙素原浓度明显升高(P<0.05)。感染组患者治疗后3天与治疗后7天降钙素原浓度、C反应蛋白浓度和白细胞数量均逐渐减小(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原可以作为肺癌术后肺部感染患者的辅助诊断指标。监测血清降钙素原浓度有利于预测患者的病情与预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To extende the clinical application of the detection of procalcitonin in patients with lung infection after chemotherapy for lung cancer.Methods 100 cases of lung cancer chemotherapy patients from our hospital in January 2015 to December 2015 according to the occurrence of pulmonary infection were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.Compared the number of positive cases of procalcitonin,the average concentration of procalcitonin in the two groups of patients.Compared the Procalcitonin,C-reactionprotein and white blood cell in 24 hof pulmonary infection and 3days,7days after treatment of the infection group.Results Compared with the control group,the number of the procalcitonin positive cases of the infection group was significantly increased(P< 0.05),and the average concentration of procalcitonin was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the procalcitonin,C-reactionprotein and white blood cell of the infection group were significantly decreased in 3days,7days after treatment of the infection group.Conclusion Monitoring the serum level of serum procalcitonin is advantageous to predict the patient’s condition and prognosis.更多还原
