【摘要】 目的探讨地高辛血药浓度监测的临床意义,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用BECKMAN COULTER公司生产的unical DXI800全自动免疫发光仪测定地高辛血药浓度,对280例患者的441例次血药浓度监测结果进行回顾性分析。结果 441例次地高辛血药浓度测定值在治疗浓度0.8-2.2ng/ml内的共234例次,占53.1%,低于治疗浓度范围下限<0.8ng/ml的155例次,占35.1%,高于治疗浓度范围上限>2.2ng/ml的52例次,占11.8%。性别对地高辛血药浓度无显著影响(P>0.05)。随年龄增大,地高辛血药浓度呈增高的趋势。结论通过监测地高辛血药浓度说明本院应用地高辛基本合理,对高龄患者适当减少地高辛剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of sreum digoxin concentration monitoring,and provide the basis for clinical rational drug use.Methods Digoxin concentration BECKMAN COULTRE production company unical DXI800 antomatic immune emitting measured,the 441 cases of blood concentration monitoring results of 280 caese of patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results 441 cases of times digpxin serum concen tration values with in the rapeutic concentrations 0.8-2.2ng/ml total of 234 cases,accounting for 53.1%,lower that the lower limit of the eange of the rapeutic concentrations<0.8ng/ml in 155 cases,accounting for 35.1%,higer that the upper limit of the range of treatment concentrations>2.2ng/ml 52 cases,accounting for 11.8%.Gender digoxin plasma cuncentration had no significant effect on the ground(P>0.05).Increaseds with age,plasma concentrations of digoxin was increased trend.Conclusion The court described the application of the high-octvl reasonable by detecting digoxin plasma concentration.For elderly patients appropriate to reduce dose of digoxin.更多还原
