【摘要】 目的研究颈椎间盘突出症患者及正常颈椎间盘中β-catenin蛋白的表达,从而分析其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP方法分别检测16例颈椎间盘突出症患者,5例同期因颈段脊柱创伤手术治疗患者的间盘组织中β-catenin蛋白的表达,从而分析其临床意义。结果β-catenin蛋白在退变颈椎间盘组织中有高表达,而对照组正常颈椎间盘组织中无表达,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论颈椎间盘退变过程中β-catenin蛋白起一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of β-catenin protein in cervical intervertebral disc herniation,and to analyze the clinical significance.Methods The expression of β-catenin protein in 16 cases of cervical intervertebral disc herniation and 5cases normal cervical intervertebral disc tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results β-catenin protein showed high expression in the degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc tissue.However,it has no expression in the control group of normal cervical intervertebral disc tissue,it has statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion β-catenin protein might play a role in the development of degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc tissue更多还原
