环氧合酶2和血管内皮生长因子C在直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

【摘要】 目的研究环氧合酶2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取93例直肠癌组织标本及其癌旁正常组织标本切片进行免疫组织化学染色,测定组织中COX-2、VEGF-C的表达水平,并分析其与直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果直肠癌组织标本中COX-2、VEGF-C表达的阳性率均显著高于癌旁正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COX-2、VEGF-C的表达与性别、年龄均无关(P>0.05);与分化程度、Duke’s分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析结果表明,直肠癌组织中COX-2、VEGF-C表达呈正相关(r=0.489,P=0.000)。结论 COX-2和VEGF-C在直肠癌组织中的表达明显升高,且与疾病的发生发展密切相关,可作为直肠癌的诊断、治疗以及预后判断重要的辅助指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of cyclooxygenase 2and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor C In Colon cancer.Methods 93 cases of Colon cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissue specimens sections by immunohistochemical staining.The expression level of COX-2and VEGF-C in tissue was determined.Studied its relationship with clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer.Results The positive rates of VEGF-C and COX-2expression in rectal cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in normal adjacent tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF-C and P was not related to sex or age(P>0.05).It was related to the degree of differentiation,Duke’s stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of COX-2and VEGF-C in rectal cancer was positively correlated(r=0.489,P=0.000).Conclusion The expression of COX-2and VEGF-C in colon cancer tissue was significantly increased,and it was closely related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer.It can be used as an important auxiliary index to guide clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of colon cancer.
