【摘要】 目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)基因亚型在妇科疾病人群中的感染情况及临床意义。方法选取2013年12月至2014年11月在我院妇科就诊的3572名患者利用导流杂交技术检测系统进行HPV亚型的检测,分析各亚型分布情况、多重感染率和年龄分布,其中对540名患者同时进行HPV阳性检测和液基细胞学(TCT)检测。结果研究发现,3572名患者中,有545名为HPV阳性患者,感染率为15.3%,以HPV16型最多,感染率最高的为20-29岁,高达27.0%。261名为多重感染,占患者的7.3%,而多重感染人群中,以二重感染率最高,20-39岁人群比例最高,可达10.3%。TCT细胞学检查病理结果中,正常范围(WNL)中HPV阳性率为23.1%,意义不明的非典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASCUS)中为52.1%、低度鳞状上皮细胞病变(LSIL)中为67.8%、高度鳞状上皮细胞病变(HSIL)中为87.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论妇科患者中存在较高的HPV感染率,且以高危型为主,随着上皮细胞鳞状程度的升高,HPV阳性率显著上升,HPV与癌前病变及宫颈癌具有密切的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the human papilloma virus(HPV)infection status of gene subtype in gynecological diseases in the crowd and clinical significance.Methods Select between December 2012 and November 2012 of 3572patients in our hospital department of gynaecology use diversion hybridization detection system for detection of HPV subtypes,analysis the subtypes distribution,multiple infection and age distribution,including 540 patients at the same time for HPV positive detection and liquid based cytology test(TCT).Results The study found that the 3572 patients,545called HPV positive patients,infection rate was 15.3%,with HPV16 type most,of the highest infection rates for 20to29 years old,as high as 27.0%.261 called multiple infection,accounting for 7.3% of the patients,and the multiple infection group,to double infection rate is highest,the highest percentage of people aged 20 to 39,can amount to 10.3%.TCT cytologic examination,pathological results in the normal range(WNL)HPV positive rate was 23.1%,the significance of atypical squamous cells(ASCUS)52.1%,low-grade squamous epithelial cells in the lesions(LSIL)was67.8%,highly squamous epithelial cells in the lesions(HSIL)was 87.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion There are higher in patients with gynecological HPV infection,and give priority to with high-risk type,with the increase of the degree of the squamous epithelial cells,HPV considerably increase the positive rate of HPV is a close correlation with precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.更多还原
